Innovations Business Group Ltd. Users acknowledge that they have no
ownership rights over the app.

Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any
illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities while using the app.

Device Registration: Users can register their devices
by providing accurate information, such as serial numbers, pictures,
and other relevant details. They understand that this information will
be stored securely by Rinda.

Stolen Device Alert: If a registered device is
reported as stolen, Rinda will compare the information provided by the
potential buyer with the registered owner's information to determine
if the device is being sold legitimately.

Limitation of Liability: Laziz Innovations Business
Group Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred because
of using the Rinda app.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold
Laziz Innovations Business Group Ltd. harmless from any claims,
damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of the Rinda app.

Modifications to the App: Laziz Innovations Business
Group Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the
Rinda app at any time.
